Medical Receipts.

    I'm new to the Revenue App, finding it very handy for uploading receipts for my medical expenses.

    I typed in the details of all the receipts for the past 2 years together in July, then today I uploaded more. I'm keeping the originals in a file rather than trying to upload images on my phone.

    But today I noticed some of them are duplicated. I definitely didn't type anything twice. Is the Revenue Site a bit "buggy" sometimes? What should I do? I tried to type in a query and I don't think it sent.

    Any advice?

    If you typed details for receipts and then you uploaded them that's what caused the duplication, you had to type some kind of details when you uploaded the photos.

    Remove the duplicates before submitting any claims and that should sort it out. I didn't have any issues last year and had no duplicates. That said I still have to upload receipts this year.

    How long does it take for for the money to come through to your bank account now? It used be within days?

    I don't remember how long it took but it was very fast definitely less than a month and more than likely it was more like less than 2 weeks. So you should see the money in your account soon so long as there are no other issues.
