    Hi All,
Looking for rough price for an extension over a converted garage in Dublin 5.
the house was built in 2004 on a corner site. The garage on the side has fountains to allow for the second floor. the house has a hipped roof.

Any ideas greatly appreciated to give us an idea before we look to engage an architect.

    Thanks, RG

What sort of floor area do you think the extension will be?

Probably need to budget approx. E2K per m.sq.

Probably around 24sqM, I was hoping for around €60k to include converting the attic.

You should get you first floor extension done within the E60K, but to do the attic as well....properly....may be pushing it? However your probably not a million miles off with your budget. Another E5K or E10K might do both?
