First off apologies for the billionth VRT tread.

I went in to VRT my car earlier this month, everything went fine until I was told my exact car wasn't on their system (lower emissions than the version they have on their system) so they had to send off to the revenue and that I'd "get a text in a day or two" about the price I need to pay. Fast forward 10 working days and I've still not heard anything back. On a sheet of paper the NCTS gave me it says it takes up to 10 working days. Perhaps it's a bit too early to get skittish but seeing as I only have about a week left for the 30 day limit (and insurance too) it's starting to bother me a bit.

How long should I be expected to wait? Is it normal for them to take this long?

    Cheers.
