HI, My daughter has done level 5 & 6 for which she received a grant. She's now accepted a level 7 in a different course. She will be going into 1st of a 3year course. Will she be eligible for a grant this year? We rang them and a guy said she would, though it was leaving cert day and he seemed flustered. Thanks for any…

Yes, she would be eligible as long as she meets all the relevant criteria other than progression.
