Was looking for something completely different and stumbled upon this. Never knew such a thing existed

I wonder how accurate it is and how prone it would be to missing one of the poles to wrap around now and then

Any of you guys into interesting digital clocks at all?

I picked up a RunDMD a couple of years ago, they come in kit form but are a great piece once you get them up and running. They play pinball machine animations on a proper DMD display.

Thinking about picking up an old Russian Elektronika 7 next. They actually use loads of little nixie tubes to make up the digits on the display.

Best place I've seen for those Elektrokica 7s is actually ebay.

Just be careful to keep an eye on the condition of the tubes, if it's been used a lot some of them might not be as bright.
