Have to be in Santry at 9am Tuesday morning for a meeting, what time do I need to allow myself?

Google maps says just over 2 hours but I'm thinking m50, rush hour etc..

i assume it's saying two hours *now*? it gives predictions based on current traffic.

If you download the Waze App there's an option to pre plan a journey. It shows the usual delays and will notify you when it's time to leave. To be safe I'd put an arrival time of 8:30 instead of 9 to cover the M50.

To be honest if it's an important meeting I'd aim to be in Santry for 7.30 and get breakfast.

    Northwood Business Park

The m50 northbound isn't nearly as bad as southbound in the morning and the section you're travelling isn't one of the worst sections. Also once you're over the toll bridge you have dozens of options from junction 6 to Santry if there is an m50 pile up.

Google maps has an arrive by feature. Set it to 820am for your destination and you'll be fine unless there's mayhem. If there's mayhem that's all anyone will talk about anyway and they'll be late too.

Northwood is good, take M50 North and exit at junction 4. Take 3 o'clock exit and then left at the second set of lights. If you get there early enough there's a Mac's and a Eurospar for breakfast just after you turn, or go further along to the crown plaza hotel.

Cheers everyone. Think I'll go with the breakfast option!
