Does anyone have experience with Pandora's warranty ? I bought a floating locket as a gift & only two months later the glass fell out. It was bought online & Pandora seem to be fussy about proof of purchase.

It's not fit for purpose and you are covered, regardless of whether purchased online...so long as you bought within the EU. If you bought online, you should have a E-receipt or even credit card or PayPal statement to demonstrate proof of purchase. They are correct in that they can look for this evidence.
