Pool running

Does anybody know of somewhere, preferably close to Kilkenny/Carlow area, that do pool running classes or allow pool running? There are pools in. Carlow and Kilkenny but they are not really deep enough for me for pool running. Any suggestions? I'm doing it to keep fitness while injured incase anybody's wondering

I'd say most pools allow this assuming you don't get in the way of swimmers!
I see it regularly in pools.
