BBC-R5Live might be possible if you have a good aerial, using old school MW (909/693). Possibly can pick up from Ulster regions that time of the morning also as they switch to R5, 92-95 FM / 1341 MW. No idea about LW/SW, but some of those can random pick stuff up from almost anywhere in the world. Met a taxi driver years ago who said he was chatting to a NASA flyover on his airband, they even sent him a postcard.
