rotator cuff issues

    I thought you guys would be experienced with this.

    Years ago I developed an issue with my rotator cuff from swimming.

    I went swimming today and instantly could feel weakness in my right shoulder. I guessing at this stage my issue is likely posture (or maybe computer usage)

    Do you guys go to a physio or an osteopath?

    Mark Sexton is a physio in manor st who has done a great job on my rotator cuff a few times. If the problem continually resurfaces then warming up or the ergonomics of your stroke are probably the issue.
