    Hi

    Im looking into applying for a mortgage - has anyone any recent experience in trying to crunch numbers for the best valu mortgage ?

    Im looking for fixed for 3 years for about 200K

    Any insight i would appreciate :o:o

    Have a look in www.bonkers.ie or contact a broker that doesn't charge fees who should save you time and money. You need to compare Standard Variable rates as well as loan to value mortgages and fixed as the majority of lenders did not pass on any or most of the ECB rate reductions with exception of AIB/Haven.
