As per the title can anyone recommend what the best type of wood would be for gazebo walls?

We have a permanent gazebo with concrete floor but want to enclose/partially enclose it... Irish weather means we dont make much use of it !

Oak, European Larch or cedar are all good woods to use externally and can be bought from sawmills and used green, making then cost effective. Cedar is the most stable, meaning it will not shrink and distort much, oak is the least stable but most durable. You can air dry it for a while to lessen this effect.
