Using a Credit Union loan to pay off Credit Card Debt

Im wondering if someone can give me some advice.

I already have a Credit Union loan out for a car, but on top of this I also have a credit card. I am wondering how open the Credit Union are to me approaching them and asking them for a loan top-up to pay off the credit card so that I can have all my repayments in one place?

Will this affect me trying to get an additional loan top-up in the future?

How much is the credit card debt?
And how far through the car loan are you?

Look at transferring bank and getting a new credit card to transfer the balance to, they usually have an introductory offer of an interest free period on the balance transfer.
