Can anyone please confirm how it works if you are clocked over the limit by a Guard with hand held camera-no tripod?

Do you have to be pulled over or do you get a letter regarding same?

Searched a good bit but can't find a definitive answer..

    TIA.

So far as I know/have read here, if they don't pull you you're OK.

Only way to get a fine/points is one of the camera vans (AGS or GoSafe), or the rare fixed positions (which don't generally work apparently), or to be stopped.

Thanks for the reply Kaiser. He was camped behind a telecom pole just at the start of a 60 zone from an 80 zone, 7:45 in the morning, was doing 73 ish but slowing when I passed so hopefully OK..
