Weed identification

Any help in identifying this nuisance weed would be appreciated. 7 leaves on each stem. Grows like wildfire! They are quiet tall- I reckon the one I cut down was about 120cm tall.

It's definitely Elder. Its seems to be sprouting up all over the garden. Didn't know you could make wine from it- might be worth letting them grow so

Don't let them grow unless you have acres. You can pick elder flowers and berries from hedgerows without having to cultivate them. Just choose ones away from traffic fumes.
