Credit Card - PIN for additional card holder

    Hi! I have a BOI credit credit card and my husband is additional card holder. He forgot his PIN... How can we find out his PIN? Can I register his card for Card Care since he is not the primary account holder? Thank you.

    Hi Madalina85,

    Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

    We'd advise that your Husband call the credit card department on 0818 251 251 and an advisor will be able to re-issue the PIN. Card Care would only be accessible to the Primary Card holder.
