I interviewed and was placed on a panel for Cork city council a few months back. My placement is No 3 on the panel and I was told if a position became available (outside of the 2 jobs at the time ) I would be contacted.
This panel would remain for 12 months or more.
I am getting a little anxious as I thought with no recruitment since 2008 and lots of repairs to old buildings etc more hiring would have taken place by now.
Should I phone recruitment to make enquiries as its been 3 months or should I just bide my time aand hope to be called ?

No harm in enquiring from their HR...just to put your mind at ease.
