    Hi,

With the shortage of insulation and the time to get it at present I need to order 10 sheet of Xtratherm 100mm but I am confused by the many different types they do for flooring such as thin R, thin R plus, XO/UF ETC..... Can anyone advise which is the best or are they are the same?????

    Thanks in advance.

Not all exactly the same....you need to look at/assess u-values, and, determine the u-value you require....this will be dependent on whether you doing new build or extension, and, if you will have under floor heating.

If you can't get the required thickness you need, you can always get thinner shest and double up. If you need 100mm, you could use 75mm and 25mm?

Ok thanks. Extension and not underfloor heating.
