Royal Canal way Cycling

    Hi, As i'm new to this please bear with me. I started back cycling about 2 year ago and I would like to cycle part of the Royal Canal way from say Kinnegad towards Mullingar and back to Kinnegad. I am over 70 years,however, I am reasonably fit, I cycle shorts runs of about
    16-20K about 4 times a week. Anyone who has cycled this route would you recommend it ??.
