Hi there I know that grants/free tuition scheme is not available for candidates who already hold a level 8 degree. I don't have level 8 degree but I am a qualified accountant (member of IIPA). IIPA is not accredited by QQI/NFQ and is not equivalent to level 7 or 8. Does this mean my IIPA qualification won't be considered…

Hi there

IIPA is not accredited by QQI/NFQ and is not equivalent to level 7 or 8. Does this mean my IIPA qualification won't be considered my first degree? I know ACCA is equivalent to level 9.
