Jump Rope/Skipping Classes or Tutorials

    Hi,

Not sure where else to ask for this. I am looking for a group or 1 to 1 tutorial on jump rope/skipping. I can just about skip - want to add double-unders, cross-overs etc, as I far prefer it as a warm up/cardio to the treadmill while at the gym. I figure no harm throwing a few € to get proficient. If there are any such classes, or if anyone fancies trying their hand at this as a once off I'd be interested, ideally south dublin as I work in Sandyford but open to all Dublin options.

    Thanks

Skipping isn't the most technical skill in the world. It's all just about practice, practice, practice. Try you tubing a few vids and then give it a go.

Failing that, I'd imagine some Crossfit Gym would be willing to take your money - double unders seem to feature a lot in some of their programming.
