    Hi al,

So I am in the process of selling up in Dublin and considering buying in Crossakiel in Kells.

Its not a long drive to work, only 45 mins, so that I am happy with but really looking to hear from any other Dubs who have moved, or locals to get a feel for the area.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, does any know if any of the newer estates have been effected with pyrite?
    Thanks in advance.

lived in Kells for 10 years, nice town. some dodgy estates and a commute to the nearest town (Navan).
Fairly quite. If you have kids there is not much for them to do locally

Thanks a mill. I drive and no kids, so looking for somewhere quite at this stage of life.
