Anyone ever have any issues with these lads? I ordered something (not a watch! Boo.) last Wednesday, but have heard nothing since besides an email confirming the order and specifying an estimated delivery date of Thursday. I went the Parcel Motel route, first time using it, so i'm a bit tetchy. Would it ordinarily take that long to get to wherever PM are based in the north?

Have you a tracking number? Sorry don't know anything about jura, but I've never had a problem with parcel motel. I think today was a bank holiday in UK, maybe that's the reason for the delay.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

I used them twice before , with no problems. You know it's free delivery !

No tracking number, just regular post. Didn't realise it was a bank holiday, so I'll see about giving them a bit more time before I contact them.

Cost me three pounds to get it "delivered" to PM in the north, so I presume that it would cost more to Ireland? Bear in mind, my purchase was about 20 quid, so perhaps free delivery comes on items over a certain price point?

Straps and buckles etc are generally special orders from the manufacturers, not sold from stock, so can take a few weeks, but if it was already posted I guess that's not the issue. The bank holiday in the UK is the last Monday in August, so should be next week.

Got this resolved - it hadn't even been shipped! Has been now, though, and a tracking number provided too. Bit shoddy if you ask me, particularly if they say it's gonna be delivered on X date. Not entirely surprising, though - i had sent them and email about a strap for my Tissot ages ago and they never had the courtesy to even reply
