Dunno what's happening but could be an ominous omen... Looks like all the slugs around my place are out n about in dry paths and roads.. Really strange sight and I'm having to step around them as there's so many. In all my years I've never seen this before.

    Hi,
We are experiencing the same thing unfortunately, can't even leave the back door to the garden open too long or they slime their way in
Have you had any luck figuring out why they might be so numerous, might it be down to warm, damp weather, I thought this might suit their breeding habits (wild guess!)
Is there anything that can be done, we've went through the whole garden and picked them up and threw them into a ditch on a country road but a few days later the garden was full of them again

    Thanks

    Denis

I didn't fertilise my garden this year is all I can think of. Felt like a mass murderer when I was cutting it last week! Still have them all climbing upto the bedroom windows.. It's insane!
