I am suffering with numb fingers at night on and off for quite a while. Sometimes it is my thumb index and middle and sometimes it is my ring and pinky. Its both hands. I have had medical testing but no problem can be found. Does anyone have anything similar or has heard of these problems before?

    May be carpal tunnel syndrome?

I had recurring numbness in my thumb and index finger about 8 years ago when I was weight lifting , went to a physio and after 4 or 5 questions they had it pinpointed to a speicinerve in my neck that was being pinched when I was squatting. Specific Exercises and new technique solved the issue.

Sometimes I have numbness in my pinky and ring finger but this from an old elbow (ulnar nerve) injury. Went to sports surgery clinic and the only way to get rid of it was to get ulnar nerve transposition surgery which I didn't proceed with.

Would you believe my issues started from weight lifting. Used to be heavy into it. Already have have an ulnar nerve decompression on my left elbow which did nothing tbh. I have no pain in any of my hands or either elbow. Have went through the physio route but no luck. Even went to see a specialist psychotherapist in Norway this year. There was talk that the issue may be neck related. What kind of exercises did you do for your neck?

A long time ago now but I remember using the medicine ball, exercises similar to 5,19 & 20.

Also plank excercises with narrow elbows and my shoulder blades locked in a certain way. Cant remember the rest.

Interesting yours also started with weights. Mine was from high bar squats, switching to low bar likely saved me from permanent damage.
