Hi, asking for a friend, has anybody worked at this place what is it like. A supervisor position is available but the concern is that this position seems to advertised quite regularly (through agency) and suggest high turn over, friend would be leaving a job to take this position so wants to be sure. Thanks.

Have a friend working in one and it's Just shy of 25% regular staff turnover and not much better for Supers. Get your friend to get start time/shift pattern set in stone before he commits.
