Sounds to me like your flywheel (DMF) could be on it's way out. Any judder through the clutch?

Not really but a creak from it every now and again

But no judder through any of the pedals

It's a bit of a noisy engine, but seems to be running fine

It could be your engine mounts. They're oil filled, if they leak it will give a vibration at idle.

If it shifts through the gears ok then I'd agree it's the engine mounts. I had the same issue, car would judder when stopped at lights

    Hi

Shifts through the gears just fine. Very noticeable vibration, high tempo but not a judder at idle alright

Thanks for all the replies on this

Had a mechanic take a look

Not the engine mount at back or gear box mount

Bigger job to check the front one

But he didn't think that the vibration was sufficiently bad to be able to isolate the problem. He said wait until it becomes a bit more pronounced and then it's easier to isolate

If I try to find root cause now it'll just cost a lot to do a trial and error

His hunch is that it's the fly wheel, but he said the car will get way nosier if it's that and it will be easy to identify
