Eir Mobile 400, Txt's to U.K. Included?

My Mother has been signed up to the eir Mobile 400 plan as part as a bundle deal but she is not sure what that includes as the salesperson wasn't clear on it. Does she have uk Txt's included on this plan? Thank you.
