    Hi,
I submitted a Med1 form some time ago but received a letter from Revenue that I must complete submit  Form 11S. There is a payslip at the end of the 11S form. There is a box that you check if you are owed a credit. Do I need to check this and add the value of the money I am owed  (20% of medical expenses) or do I just leave this as 0 and include the Med1 form when returning Form 11S

Just complete the Form, tick the "credit owed" box and return with your Med 1.

Revenue will decide what your credit should be, not you! ;)
