The €15 in to Galway v Rovers gets you in to what is usually an entertaining game with goals. Also as an added bonus Anthony Buttimer is referee, something off the wall and inexplicable will happen.

Guessing our players will actually try for a change, chance of a big move down to Cork for them.

    They're ****e though, so we'll still lose.

Hate playing Sligo, Im convinced they could put out their u15 team against us and we'd still barely fall over the line by the odd goal if we were lucky. Sadlier was outstanding against Bray last week so hopefully thats him on the way. I'll go 1-0 City, own goal in the 91st minute.

Akinade and Corcoran are gonna have a field day at the Markets Field. Both lads are gonna tear our defence a new one.

Never know which Bohs are going to turn up, the one that beat Cork and Rovers, or the one that drew with Bray and lost to Harps :o

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

We couldn't beat a bray team that actually didn't give a **** last week. Ye'll be ok!

Sadlier is quality. We'd have stayed up if we kept him.

Even if the Bohs who drew with Bray and lost to Harps showed up it should be a walk in the park for them Saturday evening against Limerick, players have given up and relegation is a foregone conclusion at this stage.

Cork-Sligo is an awful awful game. Cork are toothless without Maguire.

Cork have been sh*ite and now we are playing scared and inviting pressure. Hopefully we can hold out.

6 minutes injury time when there was 3 at most in that 2nd half.

    MOTM gets sent off.

    What a league.

Massive 3 points just after I accepted relegation. I should know better as a Hamburg fan.

Joke of a decision in the first half too. 100% a penalty. Ref against us and we still get it done. Finally showed a bit of fight, finally. Hopefully not too late.

Roddan has been worse than useless all year, dropped and stripped of the captaincy. Came back in on Tuesday and has had two great games. Suspended now for the next one..

    Excellent 4-0 win for us.

Late winner for Rovers. Would have been a massive 3 points for Galway.

Limerick badly need to get something tomorrow

Thank you Gary Shaw, last thing we needed was both Sligo and Galway winning but even then Bohs are gonna spank us tomorrow.

Very satisfying win against Cabinteely tonight. Cabo had the Galvins, Kieran Marty Waters and Ryan Swan as their front four, but they were each pretty awful. Very very few real chances from them. Moves us off the bottom of the pile for the first time since March :D

David Keeler was the ref, absolutely horrific, but what's new there.

Shels lose 1-0 to 10 man Cobh...

A very important win for Rovers after a stuttering start to this series. A Dundalk win would be welcome to have the gap closed back up on Derry

So the two teams who had resigned themselves to relegation both win this weekend

awful results all round this weekend for ourselves and galway...
we have had a few horrendous games defensively this year.

big score in the midlands derby again!

Surprised with the result tonight, good to get the 3pts and even better to get the clean sheet against Bohs. Limerick made it harder than it should have been wasted quite a few good chances to put the game to bed.

Hopefully Cork can do a number on Harps Monday night before the back to back games in the cup and league.

Strange season. Cork obviously the best team in the first half of the campaign but for the past month or so Dundalk have clearly been the best side in the league. We're in great form since losing back in June to Cork. We've played ten league games. Won eight of them. Drawn one and lost one. Scored 27. Conceded 2. We've also pushed Rosenberg to the pins of their collars during this spell. Despite all this we'll still lose the league by double figures.

I don't know about double figures.

Dundalk beat us so easily today it was embarrassing.

They have found their mojo again.

Cork with most of the ball, but Harps are looking comfortable in the scrappiness of the game.

We deserved to lose by more tbh. Never seen us sit so deep in a first half before, gave them far too much respect.
Slightly better second half, kieta was at least able to compete in the air with the 2 big centre backs and had a bit more support but still created little. Badly missed McAleer tonight, I'm starting to fear the trap door awaits. Need 4 pts min of limerick and Sligo now

Much better from Cork City last night, nothing special or anything but I think we deserved to win the game and if we had someone who could put the ball in the net it might have been 3 or 4.
