Gamging Desktop

Asking on behalf of a friend, he's looking for a gaming desktop. Nothing too heavy, something that'll handle most games - he mentioned bloodline, so I'm assuming he'd want to play those kind of games & probably football manager
Middle of the road machine I suppose, budget of about €1,000 but if machine under that price, then perfect. Can anyone can reccommend anything? Also, is Mac totally out of the question?

That comes to €891.47 as per x-rates.com, Amazon typically do free delivery to Ireland too so wouldn't expect hidden charges there. If any of those items are listed as 'do not deliver to Ireland' Parcel Motel will sort it for €3.95 to their nearest centre (€7.95 to your home/workplace for larger items like the case).
This is the best CPU processor and graphics card you can get before prices start soaring for really high end stuff like a 1700 or i7 7700K for the CPU and 1070/1080 for the GPU - it will have him playing any game at the full 60 frames per second on the highest settings for a long while (assuming he is playing on 1080p). The 16GB of RAM will also have him set for years and years. The SSD is there to store his OS, Chrome, Steam and all his programs (they run much smoother, quicker and quieter than a HDD) while the HDD is there for bulk storage, e.g. the games themselves. Case looks decent, do let me know if you want to go as small as possible though as there are alternatives.
Also, will you be needing a monitor, copy of Windows (you can use the free 'evaluation' copy if you would prefer, or if you or anyone you know has an old PC or laptop lying around it will have a copy of Windows on it that is 100% OK to switch over to this one), or peripherals like keyboard/mouse/gamepads/headset/etc?
