    Hi,
I know it's a cliche but for good reason. Getting up and going out for a walk will help to clear your head. Building this up and getting regular exercise will help break that cycle. That should help to lift you a bet. I wish all the best and do speak to your boyfriend about the rut and try and get some support. Is there any small group you volunteer with that you would be comfortable with as it can be very uplifting and not all the roles are public ones.

    Take care.

I'm sorry you're feeling lonely. Have you ever thought about going back to college or even sign up for an internship ? It would be good for you to get out and do something for you even if it ain't easy. Also have you ever considered therapy?
