Front garden has an old tiled path to door (maybe victorian)
It's very grimy from years of neglect.
Options to get her clean again?

Any solutions sold or could I get a power washer?

I certainly wouldn't use a power washer. You don't want to dislodge any of the old tiles.
I would scrub with warm soapy water and rinse. That'd probably be enough.
