Help with standing order status - amount changes

    Could i get some help to verify changes. I have changed online but then believe they have reset to the original, now I am unsure of the status.

    Hi gIslands,

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    When you amend a standing order online it will show the previous amount till the new amount comes out.

    When the amended amount comes out you will then see the new amount on the standing order when you log in and go to manage standing orders.
