    Hi

Just a quick question on the gf slab, which build up would be best from both images?

I was thinking of putting the ufh pipes in the 150mm slab or should I put these in a 75mm screed as per other diagram?

Have yet to discuss with engineer but would like to know your opinions

    Thanks

Hi please read the forum charter. If your going to attach construction details remove the designers/company info

There's pro's and cons to both The house will heat much quicker if the pipes are in a thinner screed but pipes in the concrete slabs should act more like a storage heater. We went with them in the slab. Can't say what's better yet as just poured the 1st floor 2 nights ago

The choice of ufh or rads should be significantly informed by your heating source.
