recommend a lock screen

I'm trying to find a lock screen that satisfies the following criteria - no emergency number button - single unlock with pattern, not swipe + pattern - when music is playing the album cover and details should display when I press power - swipe shortcut to camera and torch - notifications not really necessary

Just a suggestion but if you have hardware buttons linking them to camera/torch might be simpler and cleaner looking.
