    Hi All,

    Im not a Sky customer.

There is a loose Sky dish on my roof from one of my neighbours or the previous tenant.

It makes noise in the wind and is at risk of falling.

I've contacted Sky to remove or fix it but they have refused because I'm not a customer.

Anyone had any luck with a situation like this before?

The dish is not owned by sky and is not their responsibility..

Its part of the building same as any other fixture and either owned by your landlord or your neighbor..

I suggest you contact the landlord..
