    Anyone else experienced hardware problems with their VF Smart Platinum 7 ?

    Mine died 6 months after ownership this June, but VF won't help as it is beyond economic repair, and warranty is "void" as I cracked the back camera lens in first week of ownership. Of course they don't believe me and won't help even though my wife and I have VF mobile and broadband customers for years.

    Would love to know if anyone else has had problems with their Smart Platinum 7 as VF have been a nightmare to deal with even though I am convinced their product is at fault.

    The speaker grill on top was a sticker that fell off after 2 months!
