Hi all
Was out walking yesterday evening on land I know has silka deer on it and might have hybrids anyhow I spooked a silka doe that jumped over a fence 15 yards I front of me and into the forestry
She whistled me a few times which was soon followed whit what seemed to be a red doe barking ferther down the hill
Or can the hybrid deer sound like red does when spooked ? Just wondering if someone hear might know the answer

By virtue of being a hybrid it has features of both. So, of course it could sound like a Red or a Sika.
