    Im looking for a recommendation for a personal trainer for an adult just starting with training. Preferably near Wicklow Town

    I know it's not near Wicklow town but I highly recommend Nikafit studio in Kilcoole. Might be a bit of a trek but the trainers are fantastic.

    thanks! I got a 1 month membership at Coral Leisure which also gives me some basic instruction/ personalised programme. After thats done im going to see whether i stay, if not I'll look into Nikafit
