    Hi Guys

We have just started up Amazon with our business and all our orders so far have been UK orders so we sent them from a Northern Irish post office just over the border. We got our first Republic of Ireland order today and I noticed they were charged a fair whack for postage and I would like to specifically edit the postage for Ireland - however we seem to be grouped in with a number of European countries and I'm not sure how to go about it? Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jenn

A shipping template is a set of shipping regions, shipping rates and service levels that can be applied to all or part or your listings on Amazon.

You can create multiple Shipping templates which allow different configurations for selecting regions and shipping rates. Each shipping template can be associated with one or multiple SKUs on your inventory.

Your account will have a preconfigured default shipping template that you can edit at any time. It will be marked with a star on the shipping settings page.

When editing or creating a new shipping template, you can:

Select your method for calculating shipping rates.
Select the service levels (Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping or Premium Shipping) and shipping regions (Domestic and/or International Shipping).
Create or modify the shipping regions inside the template.

Create a new shipping template for ROI only otherwise you have to flat rate ROI and Norway.

Thanks - I've put Ireland in as the only option in Express Post. Is there a big issue with not sending items from the country you say? i.e. we're down as dispatching from the U.K. but any Irish orders would be simpler to send from this side of the border?
