    Hey all,
So doing up the newly purchased house and of course it had old single glaze aluminium windows so need to upgrade.
It's a 4 bed semi detached 50's house. Been looking around the web and it seems sometimes the cheapest really isn't the best option.
Has anyone done similar, are there any companies you can recommend? Was originally thinking aluclad from munster but i have seen some bad reviews.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    FNF

I got Rationel aluclad double glazed windows and doors put in last year. Very happy with them. They've a new big showroom up in Sandyford industrial estate now (just across from Luas).

I have put into them and about 6 others for quotes, I guess we'll see what prices they come back with. They did say aluclad is about 3 times the price of pvc and takes a lot longer but it does look good and by all accounts is far better. Who knows maybe the quote will surprise me haha
