Water Pressure Problem

    I have had no water all morning and it will no doubt trickle at varying levels all day as this is the usual occurrence.  I messaged Irish Water sometime ago to report the problem and got no reply.  I messaged again on Saturday.  This problem has been ongoing for a long time but has got a lot worse in the past several months.  You have my details so could someone please just reply and tell me where or who to report this to so it can be resolved.
