Terrible teeth but no money to fix them.

Firstly I want to apologize if this is not the correct place to be posting this.

So basically my teeth have always been pretty bad. I've never been able to get into the routine of cleaning my teeth like I should. I have a big sweet tooth and combined with not looking after my teeth has put them in very poor condition.

There are two main issues I have with fixing my teeth.
The first is that I'm genuinely terrified of going to the dentist. I used to nearly cry when going to the dentist even in my late teens.I had bad experiences with the Dentist when I was younger. It has been made even worse now because I started having very bad panic attacks last year and now I'm scared I will have a panic attack if i go to the dentist.

The second is simply that I know I don't have the money for the amount of work I need done. I had to quit my job due to my panic attacks so I have barely enough money as it is.

My teeth are a massive insecurity for me and they are just getting worse and I feel like I have no options.
I need at least two removed, one of them is the second tooth right at the front of my teeth which I don't want to get removed until I know I can get it replaced but I can't afford thousands for one tooth. I just know I need to do something.

I really don't know how to approach this and any advice is really appreciated.
