Only Linux-based boxes. These generally aren't "set and forget" though, so you'd need to be willing to tinker with it.

According to posts a little while ago some Walker and Nordmende TVs have a combined EPG, satellite channels starting at 300.

The Android boxes are the same, but when transponders change, you need to make the changes manually like with Linux.

If you use autobouquet maker on Linux you should be able to set it up and forget. Frequency changes will automatically be picked up like Freesat.

It does require setting up though

The old Ferguson Ariva 120 allowed setting the channel list as one wished mixing DVB-T and DVB-S channels.
I expect all later Arivas would be the same.

... or maybe I misunderstood the question ...

I would expect most combi boxes to allow this.

I recently set up an Edision Optimuss Underline 3in1 Combo Box with Saorview and FTA Sat and this was available.
