    Hi,

I am looking for some advice.

Can anyone recommend a good builder in the Letterkenny Area, that would build a 12 x 4 meter garage attached to the side of my house.

I will attach a rough plan.

I am looking for 2 garage rolling doors on front and back wall
1 ordinary pvc door on gable wall.
    Flatish roof if possible.
    2 sky lights
    No windows
    6 x sockets
    Lights.

Would i need planning for this job?
    I live in a 3 bed semi.

I already have 4" concrete slab on the entire area will this be ok for floor? The area is flat.

And if anyone has completed a similar job, could they let me know appropriate price.

    Thanks in advance.

Is there an internal door shown from existing dwelling into garage

    Thanks for the advice.

So if i creat a door frim existing property to new garage. I can go upto 40sqm. Which is approximately what I want.

Can anyone recommend a good builder that works in Letterkenny area?

Need to get a price, so I can speak nicely to bank. :)

    Thanks again. Great site.

    .
This assumes that there is No previous extensions on the property since 1963

Wouldn't that make it an extension then rather than a garage?
And thus, building regulations apply even more thus putting price of build up.

And its on the side of your house not the rear , plus the roof will be a different style to your house roof so planning permisdion required.
