Hi,

Does anyone know what exactly an EO in a Public Service Card Centre does? I'm starting in a week and was wondering what to expect as I'm currently a Temporary Clerical Officer in an Intreo centre which is very different.

Any info much appreciated. I know they'll tell me stuff when i get there, I just don't want to seem totally green going in there.
