Could anyone tell me if PP is required for a mobile home to be lived in for up to 4 months?
It would be close to my existing house on my own land, while the main house is completely renovated
Obviously as a mobile its a temporary structure

Yes, if it is being lived in or connected to services.

Is it full planning permission required ?

Full planning permission for the temporary use of a mobile home, using the services of existing dwelling house, while the dwelling house is being renovated.

seems excessive for a few months temporary. Keeping these clowns in the CC in work i suppose

I know it seems excessive but what does peace of mind cost? If enforcement action was taken against you for unauthorised development, the resulting possible court case and fines.

Mainly to stop the clowns connecting any thing to the public system, and then living there permanently.
