Have had this box for a while and as we know all those channels that I shouldn't have had are now gone for good.. so no more about that here!

I have been playing around with the box in order to make it a simple free sat box but I am clueless about this stuff. Is there a simpler way to do this other than manually deleting obsolete channel by obsolete channel??

When I play around with it I juat end up with all the channels just duplicated 5 or 6 times over..

    Any help greatly appreciated

Just do a scan and put channels in order you want into a fav folder

Those channels are gone lots still on

Thats my job for the evening so!

On a side note, I was picking up rte etc. previously through the dish/box. I presume this is impossible now?

In a bit of a black spot so the aerial only picks up a weak signal

You won't get Irish channels on it now as there blocked by sky on open box you can get bt sports uk gold etc and all fta freesat channels

To get all Irish channels and uk freesat channels you need a combi box like amiko alien etc

Would the irish channels on the combi box need to come through an aerial feed I presume?

Sorry OP, I know you meant well, but the replies to your post don't seem intend on respecting the request that card sharing not be discussed.
