    Got a great quote from the plumbers suppliers for a2w but can a plumber install it as good as a supply and install outfit,

    I'm guessing you mean companies that only install heat pumps. No reason why your plumber can't install it. He can prob do a better job of installing it. I'm guessing when you say plumbing suppliers it's a heat pump by a company starting with J. If so then these are pretty much plug and play! Good heat pump but there's better for similar money! Trouble with companies specialising in heat pumps if be afraid of is like companies during boom specialising in solar panels! In business for a while and then go bang and up under a different name then.

    Better off getting one plumber to do your heating and domestic plumbing.

    Using one company to do the heating and another plumber to do the domestic will leave you in the middle should you have any issues down the road.

    I would recommend getting a plumber to do the whole job.
